About the Firm:

In 1907 James D. Carton, Frank Durand and Charles H. Ivinis formed the partnership Durand, Ivins & Carton in Asbury Park, New Jersey, where they began the practice of law. In 1933, Mr. Carton's four sons, J. Victor Carton, James D. Carton, Jr., J. Gerard Carton and Robert V. Carton, had joined their father in the practice. During its history, the firm provided a broad range of legal services throughout New Jersey shore communities and was recognized as one of the leading and most respected area law firms.

Throughout the years, the firm earned and maintained a reputation of excellence in the legal and business community.
