Meet James D. Carton, IV
Mr. Carton, IV is a certified civil trial attorney with over 29 years’ trial experience. He regularly represents those involved in car accidents with serious personal injury. He has handled hundreds of matters in workers compensation including those who seek total permanent disability. Mr. Carton is a municipal prosecutor in several Monmouth shore towns and successfully defends DWI and municipal court matters in our locale. He has been praised for his service on the District IX ethics committee by our Supreme Court. Mr. Carton received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland Law School in Birmingham, Al following which he served as a law clerk to Judges Theodore Labrecque and Alvin Milberg in Monmouth County.
