Meet Michael J. Lynch
Mr. Lynch is a graduate of Widener University School of Law, earning a JD in 2000. Upon graduation from Law School, he completed a clerkship for the Honorable, Francis P. DeStefano, J.S.C., Monmouth County criminal part. From there, he spent the next four years as an Assistant County Prosecutor in the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office where he was involved in Juvenile work, Appellate work and tried multiple criminal matters to conclusion. Since 2005, Mr. Lynch has concentrated his practice in the area of Insurance Defense Litigation where he has successfully defended clients at trial in multiple counties across the State of New Jersey.
